Our next projects are in the planning process right now. We are developing The Mockingbird at Fabulous Gunbarrel Greens, in the picturesque and dynamic City of Boulder, Colorado, 73,000 square feet of mixed use residential and commercial buildings with an innovative European flair designed by a team led by Thysson and Gemma Williams with the help of world renowned architects and planners at Grimshaw Global Arichitects, Stök, and Trestle Strategies.
The same team is now four years into planning and design of the bold and iconic million square foot WilVil Platform next to the University of Colorado campus we donated in the 1970's to the people of The Great State of Colorado.
